Freshness built on doing it ourselves
Most air freshener brands are marketing companies. They buy a generic base from a contract manufacturer, print their own label on it, and hope you do not notice that it stops smelling like anything after ten days.
Exotica has never worked that way. We employ our own chemists, run our own production lines, and control the formula from the raw fragrance oil to the sealed package. That is why we can put a 60-day claim on the box and mean it.
It is also why the range is as wide as it is. Palm trees, organic cans, sprays, gels, bottles, vent clips and solid blocks β each one is a different way of releasing the same quality of fragrance, for a different space.

Four decades
Exotica is founded
A small production line in Ohio making hanging card fresheners for local retailers.
The Palm Tree becomes the signature
The shape that would become the brand's calling card enters full production and starts appearing in cars across the country.
Organic can technology
The adjustable organic fibre-core can launches β spill-proof, controllable and far longer-lasting than a gel.
International distribution
Exotica passes 100 countries as distributors across the Middle East, Africa and Latin America come on board.
100,000 sq ft facility
Production and warehousing consolidate into a single site with state-of-the-art filling and packaging lines.
Direct to your door
The full 238-product catalogue goes online, with monthly subscriptions and worldwide shipping.
What 36 years builds
Four things we will not compromise
Formula first
Our chemists reformulate rather than cut cost. If a fragrance does not hold for 60 days, it does not ship.
Made, not assembled
Everything happens under one roof, from blending the oil to sealing the pack.
Partners, not accounts
Some of our distributors have been with us for over twenty years. That is the relationship we aim for.
Less waste
Concentrated formulas mean less packaging per day of freshness delivered.
